Volunteer Requirements / Benefits
Option 1: 3 full 4 hour shifts for Weekend Passport
Option 2: 2 full 4 hour shifts for Weekend Exhibit Pass
Option 3: 1 full 4 hour shift for Day Pass

You will be confirmed as a volunteer, once you’ve scheduled with a coordinator
via phone or email. Co-ordinators will call you between 45-60 days pre-show.

Volunteer Positions
Set-Up -Thursday, Friday

Admissions - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Vending Team - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Hospitality – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Merchandising – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Breakdown - Monday

Release Agreement:
In consideration for Faerieworlds LLC allowing the above described
person to participate in the FaerieCon West, I, the undersigned,
hereby waive, discharge, and release any and all rights and claims for
injury, loss or damage to myself and my personal property, including
theft or vandalism thereof, that may be suffered as a result of said
participation in the FaerieCon West. On behalf of the above described
business or organization I further authorize the taking and use of
photographic images of myself or my business, at FaerieCon West
and waive any and all rights to said images or revenue derived
from said images.
